Hello everyone, my name is Kirsty Rowan, and I am the proud owner of Into Ophelia's Garden. I'm a Scottish lass who's spent the last eight years living in Australia, Brazil and Germany, with a penchant for red lippy and a good swing dance.

 

I made my first couple portrait set for a friend's wedding, as I wanted to give them something a bit more special than a set of plates or a blender. They loved them so much that they put them on their wedding cake,  and since then I have been honoured to make portrait sculptures for couples all over the world. It brings me a lot of pleasure to know that my little pieces of art are making people laugh and smile from Sydney to New York, and that my sculptures play a part on their wedding day. I love getting to know the couples that I work with while designing the sets, and capturing their personalities in clay.
